Day 1: Arrival and Assessment
Your wellness retreat will begin with a warm welcome drink. On arrival, you’ll be given a brief orientation and will be introduced to the serene environment of Sevayu Ayurveda Resort.
Our expert Ayurveda vaidya will do one-on-one consultation with Nadi Pariksha and assess the imbalance of the dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) on Day 1.
Based on this analysis, personalized wellness is planned that will include therapies that include customized oils and medicated decoctions.
It will also include tailored yoga sessions, meal plans, and herbal remedies. Getting to know your body type or prakruti, helps in the promotion of self-understanding and encourages acceptance of your natural mental state.
Day 2: Improve Circulation
Therapy such as Abhyanga (Massage) with warm herbal oil suitable for your Prakruti and condition is done. Abhyanga helps in improving circulation and also helps in proper lymphatic drainage.
This process will help in the elimination of toxins. Abhyanga from head to toe with warm oil will leave our body feeling lighter and rejuvenated.
Followed by Abhyanga, Swedana, or steam is given to enhance the absorption of the oil and to energize the body further.
Abhyanga calms the nervous system, while Swedana opens the skin pores and helps in flushing out the toxins of the body.
This treatment is followed by a sattvic light diet to rejuvenate the body. Later, meditation and Pranayam sessions are given to enhance the calmness and soothe the mind.
Abhyanga & Swedana, together with meditation and Pranayama, will benefit by reducing stress levels and anxiety and improving emotional resilience.
Day 3: Reignite Energy and Focus
A morning session of Yoga with breathing practice and Surya namaskara (Sun Salutation) is taught. This will help to give the body a complete stretch and aid in balancing the energy with proper breathing.
After the Yoga session, Patra Pinda Bashpa Sweda is given to the whole body. This helps in removing the stiffness in the body and helps in improving blood circulation further.
Post-treatment, an energizing meal to balance the doshas along with fresh fruits to rejuvenate the energy is served. In the evening, mindful meditation is given to relax the mind completely.
Day 4: Balance & Harmony
A yoga session to balance the body and inner peace is given. This can be associated with balancing the chakras too. This helps in emotional balancing. Ayurveda treatment called Shirodhara is then given.
Warm herbal oil, medicated milk, buttermilk, or even decoctions of herbs may be used for Shirodhara depending on the condition of the body. Shirodhara helps in calming the nervous system and also helps in balancing the harmony in the body.
It induces good sleep and gives a relaxed body and mind. Shirodhara can be combined with foot massage, which helps stimulate the pressure points and thus relaxes the body and balances the mind-body duo.
Ayurveda meals that improve gut health and are soothing for body and mind are given in the form of soups and light meals. One-to-one meditation is given to balance the mind and reduce stress.
Day 5: Detox and Release
Sequence Yoga for sweating out the toxins is given. This is then balanced with a deep relaxation technique to help restore the energy. Post the yoga session, Udwarthana treatment is given, which helps in the exfoliation of the skin.
It also helps in reduction of the subcutaneous fat. It detoxifies the body and energizes it at the same time. This is combined with a Sattvic Ayurveda meal to enhance and release the toxins further. A feeling of lightness will give freshness to the body and mind.
Day 6: Enhance beauty inside out
Happy Yoga to feel the positivity inside is given. Happy Yoga will enhance the feeling of goodness in oneself. It removes the blockages of negative thoughts.
The enhanced positive feeling makes the soul happy, which improves the beauty inside. Shashtika Shali Pinda Sweda or Navara treatment is done for the entire body.
Red rice is infused with herbs and milk, and then this is massaged to the entire body, including the face.

Day 7: Feeling of Empowerment
Cyclic meditation, a meditation along with yoga, is given to rejuvenate the body and mind.
This is then followed by deep tissue massage, which helps transform the body to work better.
It helps in removing the aches and pains in the body, leaving the body empowered. It can be combined with the Akshi Tarpana treatment to help in the rejuvenation of the eyes. Ayurveda diet to help comfort the body is given.
Day 8: Closing and Departure
Meditation for gratitude and affirmation of life is taught while leaving the retreat. A final consultation with the Ayurveda Vaidya is given. The vaidya would suggest modifications to the diet and lifestyle changes. Personalized oils, decoctions, and medications are prescribed if required to takeaways from the retreat.
