Transportation to/from any airport and local tours are not included. However, we are happy to arrange transportation and a tour guide upon request.

Airfare is also not included. We wish you a safe flight to our resort and look forward to welcoming you.

Currently, the airlines that are flying to Varadero are Air Transat, WestJet, Sun Wing and Hola Sun.

Hola Sun specializes in flights to Cuba and helps Sevayu Clients. You can book in a number of ways:

  3. Call them at 1-833-672-2822. To avoid a long hold, call in the afternoon or simply hang up after calling, they will call you back.

A "La Pradera" van will pick you up from the airport, and the driver will be holding a card with your name.

Varadero Airport – Transportation cost is US$100 for the taxi.

Havana Airport - Transportation cost is US$25 for the taxi.

  • Canadian Travelers: You can pay by credit card at the front desk on your departure date.
  • American Travelers: We will invoice you separately for the transportation cost, which can be paid at the end of your trip.

It is advisable to take medical emergency insurance to avoid unforeseen situations. You can purchase it from the travel agency that you book your flight with.

Food is one of the highlights of what we provide. Food is medicine and is part of your Ayurvedic treatments and packages. We offer organic, vegetarian, ayurvedic meals during your stay.

We specialize in exclusively vegetarian meals, completely free from meat, chicken, and fish. Each dish is crafted by our expert Ayurvedic chefs using fresh, organic ingredients to ensure a nourishing and delightful dining experience. At most, we can provide eggs if needed.

We provide single and double occupancy. Each room has a private bathroom and air conditioning.

No, our facility is not a 4-star or 5-star. It is an Ayurvedic wellness center where we offer the best Ayurvedic therapies, along with three meals a day and accommodation.

Yes, we have a pool on the property, but we do not emphasize its use, as it is not advisable to use the pool after certain Ayurvedic treatments.

No, our resort is not near the beach; it is a 30-40-minute drive away. We can arrange a taxi for clients to visit the beach, and the additional charges should be paid directly to the driver or at the front desk.

We provide robes and towels, but you are welcome to bring clothes that you don’t mind getting oil on. For your stay, pack comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and check the weather for Cuba to adjust your wardrobe accordingly. Be sure to include a swimsuit, a light shawl or jacket, walking shoes, slippers, personal toiletries (like shampoo and body soap), and mosquito repellent.

You can have your laundry done at the resort and pay the laundry staff directly.

Yes, we have a gym available for your use.

A typical day begins with yoga and meditation. After breakfast, you'll have 2-3 hours of Ayurvedic therapies. The afternoon is free for you to relax after lunch, enjoy our large pool, explore our 90-acre natural surroundings, or schedule local trips to Havana and the nearby beaches.

Yes, we will share with you the driver’s info and contact for transportation.

If you cancel 3 weeks prior to your booking, you will receive your full refund minus $100 processing cost. Should you need to cancel within the 3 week period, we are happy to extend, reschedule or transfer your package to another person with an additional $100 for processing cost.

Visa for CubaThose travelling with Canadian passports do not require a visa to travel to Cuba. If you are travelling with any other passport, please check the requirements for your specific country of travel.
