Terms And Conditions

By booking with Sevayu Ayurveda Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the following terms. If you make a booking on behalf of others, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these terms on behalf of others.

    1. Accuracy of Information

You consent that all information provided for yourself and for others is accurate to the best of your knowledge and in case of any fraudulent intent, you take full responsibility for the cost and the consequences of such action.

    2. Financial Obligation

You take full financial responsibility for the services you request and that you are using your credit card and it has sufficient balance to cover the cost of the services requested. Sevayu Ayurveda Resort reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.

    3. Booking on behalf of Others

By booking on behalf of other participants, you are financially responsible to make all payments on their behalf. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate, including their medical information.

    4. Required Medical Information

You agree to complete the medical forms honestly and to disclose all relevant medical information accurately including any pre-existing medical conditions which may impact the effectiveness of the treatments. Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be disclosed at the time of booking.

    5. Special Requirements

Any special requirements must be disclosed to Sevayu Ayurveda Resort at the time of booking. All food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed and we will try our best to accommodate you.

   6. Advance Booking

Yes, you can book your package up to 3 months in advance by depositing $500. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before arrival. The full deposit will be refunded if you cancel your booking at least 3 weeks before your scheduled arrival. However, if the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

    7. Emergency and Cancellations

For Individual Bookings: If you cancel 3 weeks prior to your booking, you will receive your refund minus the $200 processing cost. For cancellations within 3 weeks, $400 will be deducted as a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking, 50% of the total amount will be retained. Alternatively, you may reschedule, transfer your package to another person, or extend your booking for an additional $100 processing fee.

For Group Retreat Bookings: Cancellations made at least 3 weeks prior to the retreat will be refunded in full, minus a $420 fee per person to cover preparation costs. If canceled within 72 hours, 50% of the total amount will be retained as an administrative fee.

Note: If you choose to reduce your stay duration after arriving at the resort for any reason, no refund will be provided for the unused days. This policy applies to both Individual and Group Retreat bookings.

    8. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to have all valid travel documents upon entering Cuba including any vaccine requirements.
