Yes, you can book your package up to 3 months in advance by depositing $500. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before arrival. The full deposit will be refunded if you cancel your booking at least 3 weeks before your scheduled arrival. However, if the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

A "La Pradera" van will pick you up from the airport, and the driver will be holding a card with your name.

Sevayu Ayurveda Resort ensures uninterrupted electricity and food services for our guests. We have our own standby 2 electric generators for backup to make sure a consistent power supply is there. We have enough food stock to serve our guests, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience throughout your stay. There is no current issue with Sevayu Cuba premises in Cuba.

We provide single and double occupancy. Each room has a private bathroom and air conditioning.

Since Sevayu is an Ayurvedic wellness center and we are not a hotel, in our resort, we offer the Best Ayurvedic therapies along with comfortable accommodations.

No, our resort is not near the beach; it is a 30-40-minute drive away. We can arrange a taxi for clients to visit the beach, and the additional charges should be paid directly to the driver or at the front desk.

We provide robes and towels, but you are welcome to bring clothes that you don’t mind getting oil on. For your stay, pack comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and check the weather for Cuba to adjust your wardrobe accordingly. Be sure to include a light shawl or jacket, walking shoes, slippers, personal toiletries (like shampoo and body soap), and mosquito repellent.

You can have your laundry done at the resort and pay the laundry staff directly.

For Individual Bookings: If you cancel 3 weeks prior to your booking, you will receive your refund minus the $200 processing cost. For cancellations within 3 weeks, $400 will be deducted as a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking, 50% of the total amount will be retained. Alternatively, you may reschedule, transfer your package to another person, or extend your booking for an additional $100 processing fee.

For Group Retreat Bookings: Cancellations made at least 3 weeks prior to the retreat will be refunded amount, minus a $420 fee per person to cover preparation costs. If canceled within 72 hours, 50% of the total amount will be retained as an administrative fee.
